How to Plan a 2027 Event Budget Now
The calendar has four reliable blocks. Q1 belongs to security and Europe: Right of Boom, Zero Trust World and IT Nation Connect Europe. Mid-March is the tightest week of the year, with Pax8 Beyond APAC in Sydney, NerdioCon in Fort Lauderdale, Channel Partners and MSP Summit in Las Vegas and CloudFest in Germany all inside five days, so pick one and accept you are missing the others. Late April is the Las Vegas vendor anchor with Kaseya Connect. June is Pax8 Beyond in San Diego and Kaseya Connect Europe in Hamburg, with Build IT Live following in August. Then late September through mid-November is the usual crunch, when the growth events, MSP GLOBAL, IT Nation and the EMEA editions stack up.
One change worth planning around: MSP Summit has moved into the March Channel Partners co-location and is not running as a standalone September event in Orlando next year. The MSP 501 Gala has always run alongside it, and the organizer has not said yet where the awards land in 2027. If the Gala is why you go, watch that one rather than booking Orlando out of habit.
